Duration: The contest will end 31st of August, 2023.

Prize: Veteran Heating and Cooling Inc. will bear the post-rebate costs for the winners, an estimated value of approximately $8000, as part of the contest winnings. This financial commitment is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the contest agreement. The customer has to pay the full amount prior to the rebates, which takes 0-3 months to arrive from BCHydro and/or Better Homes BC.

Eligibility: This contest is open only to residents of the lower mainland of British Columbia who are homeowners or decision-makers, as relevant to property decisions. Participants must be eligible and able to qualify for governmental rebates.

Prize Coverage: The prize covers a heat pump system for a space up to 3000 sqft. Any additional space requiring coverage will incur an additional fee, payable by the prize recipient.

Installation Fees: The costs associated with the installation of the heat pump system must be paid upfront by the prize recipient. These costs will be fully reimbursed through applicable governmental rebates.

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random. The decisions of Veteran Heating and Cooling are final and binding.

Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook within five (5) days following the selection. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
